Ben was very responsive and called shortly after placing a call to the support center. Ben was very knowledgeable about the product we were/are having an issues with (WorkCentre 7855I). We highly recommend. We are still having an issue where certain Windows 7 machines cannot print in color. Same drivers were installed on all computers so we are having trouble figuring out what could be causing this issue.
I didn’t personally interact with them, but the copier is fixed, so I’m assuming he/she is competent.

experience then, I am happy to say this time it is obvious that you have further improved your communication, ticketing, and dispatching process. I received an email that the tech was just arriving, I’m in Boston, MA so knowing that and being able to call the onsite Exton contact and confirm. Made me look really in the know, and adds to my credibility. Awesome job.

Every phase of the service dispatch was handled great. The Technician was back out on Wednesday with no problems. Ron, our technician was extremely nice and asking every question. He replaced the part quickly with no delay. Ron has serviced our printer many times with a very high level efficiency.

Easy to connect to tech support and quick response. Excellent. Ben advised me as to the setup change for the scan to file feature of our Xerox 7545, as we had a recent upgrade to the file repository. His information was perfect and I was able to alter the way the scan to file was set up in a short time. I also provided some feedback at his request re nuances at it applied to Mac setups. He is both knowledgeable, pleasant and interested in adding to his knowledge. Much appreciated! DocuSense has been a valued resource for DePersico decades now!
