As soon as equipment failure occurs, an email is dispatched to a technician and DocuSense is on-site ASAP. If your equipment requires the ordering of parts, we offer short-term equipment loans (for those who qualify) to reduce downtime and keep you on schedule.
After printer service repairs, we send you a survey. After the survey is tabulated by an outside agency, we carefully review it to assess what we did right and what we can do better. At DocuSense, your satisfaction is our success -- and we certainly don't take that lightly.
